Custom Pickups – Made in Italy
Our goal is to design and develop pickups that combine aesthetics and acoustic excellence.
Alma pickups was born as a partnership of Alessio Bertucci and Marco Pinto.
Professional luthiers, friends and colleagues, we decided to stop searching for our sound elsewhere, and instead make it with our own hands
Inspired by researching new technologies and fine materials, we aim to be able to develop pickups that can potentially fulfill any sonic need.
Opting for our brand through the vastity of the market, for us, it’s something more than a simple sale. As artisanal builder we appreciate your presence here as we try to arrive to new customers and consolidate the trust of our old.
As builders and musicians, being able to test sound differences easily has always been a major thing for us; that’s why we built our own modular system: a guitar (and bass) prototype that allows to test for any pickups combination in the matter of seconds. (Picture and video below, available in shop and at guitar shows and fairs)
